Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy on all merchandise purchased online
or in our stores. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied
with a product within 14-days from date of purchase or date of receipt,
whichever is later, you can return it for a refund.
The only exceptions to this policy are clearance and sale items which
may be returned for exchange or store credit only, and special order
items, which cannot be returned.
Returned items must be unused and in resalable condition with all
tags and attachments intact. All returns will be credited back to the
original form of payment on your invoice.
Returns / Exchanges by Mail
Please use the original shipping box and packing materials if available
and enclose a copy of your receipt or gift receipt. Shipment may be
made by US Mail, UPS, FedEx or DHL to the following address:

We have included a return form for your convenience in your original
shipment. Please be sure to fill out the form completely and insert
a copy in the package to be returned.
Store Returns / Exchanges
You can also return or exchange your items at any one of our stores.
Just present your original receipt.
Changes to Orders
Once an order has been sent, it cannot be changed online. Please call
us at 888-848-8944 and an associate will help you make changes to your
order.
Shipping
We use both UPS and US Mail for shipping of all domestic and international
orders. You may select an available preferred method of shipment at
checkout. All shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of
your order.
We offer the following mail types, depending on the shipment destination:
Ground
3-Day Select
2-Day Select
Next Day Air Saver
Orders placed by 3:00PM Monday-Friday will be shipped the same day.
If there is any problems with you order, you will be contacted by a
customer service representative within 2 business days.
Tracking
You will receive tracking information when your shipment is sent by
e-mail. Please visit www.ups.com/tracking to get the latest information
on your package. Please note that tracking information may not be available
until midnight of the day your order is sent.
